FAQs
1. How do I care for my jewellery?
Caring for this particular type of jewellery may be different than what you are used to. Please avoid the following when caring for your jewellery:
-
Water – This includes showers, swimming etc.
-
Heat – Do not leave your jewellery in direct sunlight or a hot vehicle for a period.
-
Perfumes & Lotions – Avoid direct contact with your stone.
-
Rough Handling – Please remember that these items are handmade and while we try our best to make sure it lasts forever it is considered delicate jewellery.

Please note that we will not refund jewellery that has not adhered to the care instructions. This is part of our Term and Conditions.
All of our solid 9k Gold, Rose Gold and Silver smooth bands will last forever. These care instructions are specifically for our Stones and any non solid 9k Gold, Rose Gold and Silver smooth bands.
Stones may be able to be remade (full cost of the customer) if damages to the resin occur. Please message us for more information.
2. How does shipping work?
Once you have placed your order you will post us your inclusions. You will receive an email instructing you on the easiest, safest and cheapest way to send your inclusions. We recommend triple bagging your breastmilk in zip lock bags with as little air as possible. All other inclusions should be in their own separate zip lock bags.
Inclusions should be sent to:
PO Box 625
Richmond NSW
Australia 2753
It is the customer's responsibility to research the customs regulations in their country when sending inclusions.
The turnaround time for your keepsake to be completed and returned to you is approximately three to four months after receiving your inclusions. Don't worry, it will most likely be much shorter than that! We just like to leave room for delays as our jewellery settings are made to order from a local jeweller.
The remainder of any inclusions that you have sent (excluding breastmilk) will be returned with your keepsake.

Please note that there is a risk with posting inclusions. We do not recommend sending all of your inclusions incase they do get lost in the post. Please read our T's and C's before placing your order in regards to postage.
3. Can I reorder using the same inclusions?
We will store the remainder of your dried breastmilk for 2 years. If you wish to reorder another keepsake from us using the same breastmilk within that timeframe, please note your original order number in the description box when placing your order.
4. Does it matter how old my breastmilk is?
Nope! As long as it has no mold we can use milk of any age.
5. How much breastmilk/ashes do you need?
In order to bring your vision to life, we only require 10ml of breastmilk or half a teaspoon of ashes. More specific instructions will be provided via email once you complete your purchase.
6. What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of each handmade piece we do not accept refunds at this time. If you have any complaints/issues with your keepsake please contact me directly and I will do my best to help.
Should you need to cancel your order, this is only possible for 7 business days after your order has been placed.
7. Will there be warranty on my purchase?
Our keepsakes have a full 12 month warranty as long as you follow our care guide, above. This warranty does not cover any damage that arises as a result of failure to adhere to our care instructions, or from neglect, abuse or general wear and tear.

Please note everything we make is handcrafted, so the appearance of colours and finishing can vary.
I can repair some things, but your item is one-of-a-kind, and if I have crafted with your precious inclusions, it may not be possible for me to make you a new stone.

Yellowing or discoloring of keepsake stones may happen over time, unfortunately this will happen with every type of custom resin made jewellery. We can sometimes repair the topcoat of your keepsake if it begins to yellow. Please message us for more information on this. This process is $20 + Postage.
