Please note that if a number after your order number is ready to craft sooner, this is due to our stock levels as we may carry some pendants and settings in stock. Orders may take between 4 and 5 months to get back to you from when we receive your inclusions. Please allow a week to see your order number on this page from purchase.

Waiting for Inclusions: We have not yet received your inclusions
Waiting for setting: We have received your inclusions and are waiting for your setting to arrive from our jeweler. This can take up to 4 months.
Waiting for ring size: We have not yet received your ring size from you. Once we receive this we can order your keepsake setting.
Ready to craft: We have received your inclusions and setting, we will be crafting your keepsake within 14 days.
Packing order: Your order is ready to post, we are packaging it up and taking it to the post office. You will receive a tracking number within 72 hours.
